His responsibilities included market assessment, property identification and negotiation, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate investments. Fink acted as Senior Acquisitions and Sales Manager from 1991 to 1995 for Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company. Fink oversees property acquisition, financing, and disposition.

Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Summa cum Laude, from Eastern Michigan University a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Chen also serves on the Board of Directors for the Asian Chamber of Commerce in Nevada and on the Advisory Board of Directors for Cathay Bank. He is also the Chairman of Chenco Asia Corporation and President of Aquariums International Corporation, a private corporation that develops world-class aquarium theme centers. He is also the CEO of Chenco International Investment Corporation and actively supervised various development projects, including one of the largest single-phase office/warehouse developments in Las Vegas and the master planning and development of a 60-acre mixed-use project in Henderson, Nevada. Chen is also the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Chenco Holding Company, LLC, a firm specializing in asset management, merchant banking and specialty real estate development.
